The Send Notification Step in job-based automations now recognizes custom fields with internal user types as valid recipient options. Staffing operations managers can select custom fields such as Assigned Recruiter, Account Manager, or Secondary Recruiter directly in the notification routing configuration, sending alerts to the users assigned in those fields without manual workarounds or data duplication.
